Managing day-to-day operations of the library
Supervising volunteers and part-time staff
Overseeing the library collection and catalog
Coordinating programs and community outreach
Maintaining records and preparing reports
Minimum requirements (training, skills, education, experience):
Management experience
Comfortable with technology and library systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and with the public
